a bit about me
I come from a traditional art background as I studied pictorial decoration in High School using traditional mediums such as oil, watercolour, pencils, affresco, acrylic and experimented also with engraving on metal and clay sculpting. I then continued in the Fine Arts field obtaining a Master’s Degree in Stage and Costume design doing internships in theatre and commercial fairs.
I was always fascinated with the Film Industry and how movies could create new worlds that would have been impossible to build practically. After finishing my studies in Italy I started travelling in different countries such as New Zealand, Australia and then Canada where I took a course in Visual Effects Compositing that allowed me to land my first VFX job in the UK .
I only started painting again during the first Covid lockdown starting from sketching my ideas black and white and then developing into watercolours and acrylic paintings.
